Rashveena is a Chief of Staff at General Catalyst working closely with GC co-founder David Fialkow. She most recently worked for early-stage fund, Collide Capital (NY) focusing on enterprise SaaS, supply chain infrastructure and Gen Z consumer tech. Her prior VC experiences include Fintech focused Vestigo Ventures, Pear VC and Katapult VC (Norway), helping them launch their first Climate Adaptation (Agri and Food)-Africa Accelerator program in early 2022.
Rashveena holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is passionate about improving gender representation among decision makers and funding recipients in VC. Previously, she spent 4 years in Equity Capital Markets at Citigroup in New York and London.

Anvita is a Product Manager at global automation software company, UiPath. She graduated from Harvard Business School in May 2022, where she was working part-time with B2B focused early stage fund - Asymmetric Capital Partners. She has previously worked closely with Pear VC and Lerer Hippeau in 2020-21.
After her graduation from IIT Bombay, she worked at BCG on digital transformation & cost cutting projects. Transitioning to Sequoia Capital from there, she invested in tech-enabled consumer goods and healthcare sectors while working closely with select portfolio companies. Before starting at HBS, she was building a health-tech startup, BabyChakra, one of India's largest pregnancy and parenting platforms. She is excited to work with passionate founders to drive large-scale impact.
